Overview

The recreational Club program is available for the Fall season only.

Club soccer provides playing opportunities for children ages seven through eighteen. It is the largest program in all of Green Hornets soccer, with over 1,100 players each season. The program plays in the fall only, from late August through early November. Practices and games are held at local middle and elementary schools, with practices on weekdays and games on Saturdays. The days and times for practice are determined by the coaching staff of the respective team.

The Club program is made up of leagues, and further divided by gender. While US Youth Soccer transitions to calendar year age groupings, for Fall 2016, we are registering our kids by grade level until further research and information is collected. The specific leagues are boys and girls 1st grade, 2nd grade, 3rd-4th grade, 5th-6th grade, 7th-8th grade, and HS level.

Registration for the 2017 fall season will begin in May 2017.  Once registration opens, click here to register a player.

Volunteer Opportunities

To achieve our goals, coach and parent involvement are crucial. The Club program has long benefited from the leadership of some remarkable volunteers, including Directors, League Coordinators, Head and Assistant Coaches, and Team Managers/Parents. We hope you will consider being involved in one of these capacities.

Registration for the 2017 fall season will begin May 2017.  Once registration opens, please click here to register as a volunteer coach.

League Coordinators (LCs) manage and administer each league. Their responsibilities include setting team rosters, practice and game schedules, distributing uniforms, and other organizational tasks.  If you are interested in volunteering as a League Coordinator or in another capacity, please go to the contact page and email the Club administrator or Commissoner.
